(More customer reviews)I actually have an older Dell Inspiron E521, but I've been pretty happy with mine. I've added extra RAM without any difficuly and have not had any hardware failures. The only draw backs I've experienced is that the antivirus that comes with it is very in effective (in my opinion), so I download the free AVG and it's been fine. Technical support is outsourced, but they still do a pretty good job. It's only free for the first year though, then I think it's about $40.00 a pop. John Crippen,
