(More customer reviews)Nikon is at it again. This adapter is just another cumbersome and expensive addition to your camera bag. Why didn't Nikon just provide a jack on the D3100 body to use the EH-5 adapter that you would have to buy anyway, at $75+, to use this adapter. They did it for all there older models. It is better to buy three batteries for the price of the two adapters you would have to buy.
